Modular houses are made in our factory and are delivered to your chosen location already ready, with walls, windows, roof and everything else. SPARS AP manufactures modular homes on an individual order that allows you to choose directly suitable home planning and facade solutions. Modular houses are produced in cottage and all-seasonal packages. We also produce offices, workshops, saunas, as well as various other types of commercial modules. Modular homes are a fast, high quality and economical solution that facilitates the construction process for our customers.

Design and planning
We provide individual approach to each client. Together with you, we develop a layout that is right for you. For first class buildings, we give the passport of manufacturer (simplified reconciliation).
House production
The production of houses in the factory allows us to be independent of the weather, guaranteeing timely deadlines.
Transportation
We deliver homes all over Latvia as well as abroad.
Installation
We make the installation of houses made. Home installation usually takes 2-3 days.
Interior Decoration and décor
We perform interior finishing arrangements by prior agreement.
